Welcome to TeleDrive ("we", "our", or "the Application"), accessible at https://tobidrive.in (and https://tobichan.pages.dev). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and protected when you access and use TeleDrive.
1. Information We Collect
TeleDrive is a private cloud file manager and storage organizer interface. When you use the Application, we may collect and process the following information:
- Google Account Information: When you connect a Google account via OAuth 2.0, we receive your basic profile information (such as your email address and display name) to identify your connected drive.
- Google Drive Files & Metadata: In order to provide file management services, TeleDrive accesses metadata of files and folders stored in your Google Drive (such as file names, sizes, MIME types, creation dates, and folder hierarchy). TeleDrive accesses files within the designated
TeleDrive folder on your connected drive.
- Local System & Session Tokens: We generate secure session tokens stored locally in your browser to maintain your signed-in state.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely for the following legitimate purposes:
- To enable you to view, organize, stream, preview, and manage your photos, videos, and documents within your private TeleDrive dashboard.
- To calculate and display accurate drive storage usage and quota indicators.
- To allow folder-level security features (such as encrypted folder locks and visibility controls).
Google API Limited Use Disclosure:
TeleDrive's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Data Protection and Storage
- No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information or Google Drive data to any third parties or advertisers.
- Encryption in Transit and Rest: All communications between your browser, our Cloudflare backend, and Google APIs are secured with industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted using AES-GCM encryption.
- No Model Training: Your files, photos, videos, and private data are never used for machine learning or artificial intelligence model training.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on the following trusted infrastructure providers to deliver its services:
- Google Cloud & Google Drive API: Provides cloud authentication and file storage services.
- Cloudflare Pages & Workers: Provides edge hosting, global CDN distribution, and secure serverless execution.
5. User Control, Revocation, and Data Deletion
You retain complete ownership and control over your data at all times:
- You can disconnect any Google Drive account directly from within TeleDrive Settings at any time.
- You can revoke TeleDrive's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.
- When a drive is disconnected, the stored authentication tokens are immediately deleted from our database.
