These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TeleDrive ("the Application"), hosted at https://tobidrive.in (and https://tobichan.pages.dev). By accessing or using TeleDrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TeleDrive provides a web-based file management interface designed to organize, view, preview, and access files and media stored in connected Google Drive cloud storage accounts. TeleDrive does not provide underlying raw file storage; storage is provided through connected third-party accounts (Google Drive).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TeleDrive only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Application to:

• Upload, store, or distribute any material that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, viruses, malicious code, or participate in denial-of-service attempts.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or Google Drive Acceptable Use Policies.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

• Access to administrative and storage functions requires authentication via OAuth 2.0 or local credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative credentials and any folder passwords you configure.
• You may disconnect your connected Google Drive account at any time through the Application settings or through Google Account security settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TeleDrive is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any defects or errors will be immediately corrected.
• The service will meet all of your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the operators, developers, or contributors of TeleDrive be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or inability to access or use the Application.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
